1. About Local Profiles
Local Profiles provides software and related services to help local businesses understand and improve their online presence.

Local Profiles may form part of the wider SEO Arc ecosystem of products, but these Terms apply specifically to Local Profiles.

By accessing or using Local Profiles, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you should not use the website or services.
3. Eligibility and authority
You confirm that you are using Local Profiles for legitimate business purposes and that you have authority to act for any business you represent.
If you create an account or connect third-party services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

Features that rely on Google services depend on Google availability, policies and the permissions you grant.

The Local Profiles website, branding, software and original content are owned by Local Profiles or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute or reuse Local Profiles materials except as allowed by these Terms or with prior written permission.
13. Service availability
We aim to keep Local Profiles available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Maintenance, updates, third-party outages or events outside our control may affect availability.

No rankings, search positions, traffic levels, enquiries, leads, sales or business outcomes are guaranteed.
Results depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, market conditions and third-party platforms.
17. Limitation of liability
Local Profiles is provided on a practical, good-faith basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Profiles is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or losses arising from reliance on third-party platforms.
